The last three years have taught me so much. As Nykaa.com has grown to become the largest online beauty retailer in India, I can say that I have a new found respect for the power of technology, the importance of attention to detail and backend systems, and the power of the internet! I know Amazon founder Jeff Bezos’ book, The Everything Store, is a must-read for every online entrepreneur, but I consciously chose to read it only after Nykaa went online.
You may have noticed a bold new sign while cruising around town on SW 153rd Street next to Angelo’s Italian restaurant. BTown Web is the new neighbor on the block, but with years of business under their belt and clients all over the U.S., calling them a “new business” seems a little inaccurate.
