I’m only getting six second pulls out of my machine, and I seriously cannot figure out what is wrong. I tried some preground from a local roaster [Village Roaster] , but also tried my new machine [Baratza Virtuoso Preciso] at the finest setting [because that gets me closest to what apparently is espresso grind?].
I just got a couple Hario V60s and am wondering what you guys shoot for on total brew time. I’ve read several things showing 3 minutes, the shortest was two minutes.
