Hi all, Been getting my feet wet with the BDB 920. Overall great machine. Noticeable upgrade from my previous one.
I contacted Chris Coffee and they don’t have any and even discontinued to sale CC1 Also contacted SCG, no replacement parts ether. Yes, I sent emails to Crossland Coffee and called +1.206.383.8762 multiple times – just answering machine – no answers for past month I see that the CC1 and parts come from GEE, but I wasn’t able to find a way to order any parts from GEE The CC1 was good for past 3 years and just need replacement for some wearied components.
