Delonghi EC 155 and Slow Dripping

So I’ve recently purchased a Delonghi EC 155, and a Baratza Encore grinder. I’ve noticed that with a setting of 8 on the Encore, I’m getting a super slow-drip on the Delonghi, resulting in some really bitter espresso.
