I don’t need another electric grinder though I would consider trading for a comparable cost manual grinder.
I have seen posts on adding a PID to the Saeco Classico; yet, really, that does not seem to be the right type of investment on this machine. Has anyone tried to replace the mechanical thermostat with an electronic one, like those that can be found on eBay It would be a really small investment and, hence, perhaps worth trying.
