Hi, this will be my first post in this forum although I’ve been reading it for some time and found it very helpful when servicing my Nuova Simonelli Mac 2000V . The problem that I would like to attack this time is the fact that the steam power on the Simonelli is brutal and since I most commonly do cortado’s I use a very small pitcher.
Hey everyone, I recently have gotten into french press coffee and have been buying Intelligentsia El Diablo blend at my local specialty market that is within 2 weeks of roasting. I really love the El Diablo blend but it is rather expensive around $14 for 12 oz of beans.
