Does that mean if you alway dose out 18g of coffee you should just adjust you grind to a dinner setting to pull shots at 9=10 bars of pressure? Meaning if I get there with 20g dose vs 18g does it matter, or should 18g be the start and keep going finer on the grind till I get to a good shot?
