Problems with a new Mazzer Mini

Hi all, I’ve got the Mazzer Mini E a few days ago, attempting to upgrade from my DeMoka and I am turning here for help because the results have been devastating : and I haven’t seen such *clumpling & channeling* in ages. I thought: OK, let’s be patient and try to find the adequate settings.
