Well that dream has never come to pass.
As a newbie I need to try and standardize some things – like how many ounces a shot is and how many ounces of water I’m adding to an Americano. Anyone have a recommendation on where to get a good shot glass with measured lines on it, or a coffee mug with measured lines inside it for an Americano? I’m also interested in your work process.
