The manual of the EC155 recommends cleaning the boiler plate every 300 brews, and it just takes removing a single screw to do so. But with limited space of the EC155, in order to fit a screwdriver, I sort of stripped the screw while holding the screwdriver at an angle.
Before I make an online purchase mistake, I thought I would come here first. I am in the market for a new Baratza Vario Grinder.
