2 prong Euro plug to UK – advice please

Hi Guys, Got a nice old La Pavoni & also received today a beautiful 1972 Gaggia Mini in Orange Both are from Europe so have a two prong plug & I guess are not earthed double insulated What’s the best practice to convert to UK style plug & what rating of fuses would they be best to use? being metal casing surely earth would be good?
